Lara Polangco

Lara Polangco, born on January 27, 1982 in Atlanta, Georgia, is a singer-songwriter.

Biography

Polangco grew up around the Appalachian foothills, playing guitar and singing. Polangco's musical heroes include Mississippi John Hurt and Joni Mitchell. She went on to play the blues clubs like the [http://www.northsidetavern.com Northside Tavern] around Atlanta. She also played the 2002 Peace Conspiracy in the Ozarks of Missouri, and performed with Larkin Grimm at Terrastock 6, RI.

CD Release

Polangco is set to release her debut album in the early summer of 2006.
