Hi-Q has several meanings:

*Hi-Q (game) is a game that involves jumping pegs over one another in a cruciform grid.
*Hi-Q (band) is a Romanian pop group.
*Kimberly-Clark Hi-Q is a U.S. high school academic quiz competition originating in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
*Hi-Q (production music) was a library of production music released by Capitol Records in the 1950s.
*In Gröûp X's song "Too Many Guys", the lyrics make a reference to HIQ, a virus that can be caught via sexual intercourse. HIQ has also been showed many times in the Flash animation for the song. HIQ is most likely a parody of HIV.
