Carol O'Neal (born August 18 1948 in New York City) is an American model. She is best known as "Playboy" magazine's Playmate of the Month for its July 1972 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Richard Fegley; she was the first Playmate of Fegley's long career with the magazine.

Although born in New York, Carol spent most of her childhood in Portage, Indiana and later moved to Chicago and Long Island. For a time she worked as an airline stewardress before becoming a receptionist at "Playboy" headquarters. She went on to marry Chicago Bears quarterback Bobby Douglass, though they eventually divorced.

Carol had a small part in the 1979 film "When a Stranger Calls".
