*The title I'm Gonna Get You, Fat Sucka is a play on the title to the satirical 1988 Keenen Ivory Wayans-directed film "I'm Gonna Git You Sucka".
*The fat-eating vampire is played by Count Blood Count, Bugs Bunny's foe in Chuck Jones' "Transylvania 6-5000" (1963).
*"The X-Files" also did an episode around a fat-eating vampire.
