"Those Who Caress the Pale" is an EP by the Norwegian avant-garde metal band Ved Buens Ende. Originally released as a demo tape in 1994 on "Ancient Lore Creations" it was re-released on a CD with an additional bonustrack. Different recordings of "The Carrier of Wounds" and "You That may Wither" can also be found under slightly different titles on "Written in Waters".
