Geesteren (coord|52|25|N|6|44|E|type:city(2080)) is a village in the Dutch province of Overijssel. It is a part of the municipality of Tubbergen, and lies about 9 km northeast of Almelo.

In 2001, the village of Geesteren had 2080 inhabitants.
