Following this conversation the President had been unable to sleep for 4 nights, leading to the calling in of Dr. Keyworth with the goal of curing his insomnia. Dr. Keyworth also was called in to see the President when President Bartlet was considering ordering the killing of Qumari Defence Minister Abdul Shareef, and when he was thinking about the morality of the assassination before the Christmas following his re-election.See also
