Major General Huỳnh Văn Cao was an officer in the theArmy of the Republic of Vietnam . He was born on September 26, 1927.Family
He is married and has ten children and more than 20 grandchildren.
Education
In 1950, he graduated from Military school in
Hue . He then attended College of Tactics and graduated inHanoi in 1952. He went to the United States and attendedCommand and General Staff College and he graduated in 1958.Military service
He was the commander of the
