Glenn Edward Brummer (born November 23, 1954, in Olney, Illinois) was a Major League Baseball catcher.

Signed by the St. Louis Cardinals as an amateur free agent in 1974, Brummer would make his Major League Baseball debut with the St. Louis Cardinals on May 25, 1981, and appear in his final game on October 6, 1985.

Brummer was a member of the St. Louis Cardinals team that defeated the Milwaukee Brewers in the 1982 World Series. On August 22nd of that year, he stole home with two outs in the bottom of the 12th inning to give the Cardinals a 5-4 win over the San Francisco Giants. It was one of just four bases Brummer would steal in his major-league career.
