Burlington Catholic Central High School is a private, Catholic, co-ed college preparatory high school in Burlington, Wisconsin, USA, in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Milwaukee. Enrollment is currently 160 students, drawing from across the southeastern Wisconsin area but mainly Burlington. Catholic Central is one of two high schools in the Burlington area, the other being Burlington High School. The school was founded in 1924, and is on the campus containing the Marion Activity center, The Hilltopper Bowl football stadium, St. Mary's Grade School, and St. Mary's Church with all associated buildings. The current principal is Mr. Greg Groth.

The school colors are royal blue and white, and the athletic teams are referred to as the Hilltoppers. Catholic Central has won eight WIAA state championships and earned one state runner up title since 2000:Boys Basketball: 2001 and 2006 (Div. 4); Boys Baseball: 2004 and 2005 (Div. 3), 2008 (Div. 4); Girls Softball: 2004 (Div. 4); Girls Volleyball: 2006 and 2007 (Div. 4); Football: State Runner Up 2004 (Div. 7), 12 straight winning seasons.

Boys Baseball was also 1996 State Champions in WISAA Div. 2.Girls Basketball participated in the state tournament in 2006-2007, and Girls Softball went to state in 2008.

Catholic Central is known for graduating its students and sending them on to further education. In a typical year, the graduation rate is 100% with anywhere from 95 to 100% of students continuing on to further education. Hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholariship awards is given annually to the graduating senior class.

Musical

Catholic Central has a long line of musicals. The performances are always very popular in the community and help to raise funds for the school. Fact|date=May 2008
