Lieutenant-General Albemarle Bertie, 9th Earl of Lindsey (17 September 1744 – 17 September 1818) was a British nobleman and general.
His father, Peregrine Bertie, was a great-great-grandson of Montagu Bertie, 2nd Earl of Lindsey, and Albemarle Bertie succeeded to the title in 1809. He was commissioned into the 1st Foot Guards, but later transferred to several other regiments.
In 1794, he married Eliza Maria Clay, daughter of William Clay, but they had no children. In 1809, he married Charlotte Susannah Elizabeth Layard, the daughter of a clergyman, and they had two children. The eldest, a daughter, is better known as Lady Charlotte Guest. There were also two sons, who succeeded in turn to their father's titles:
