Pollok is home to the
Silverburn Centre which opened in october 2007 and replaced the old Pollok Centre, the centre the largest of its kind in Scotland has brought many hundreds of jobs. Key stores include a 24 hourTesco Extra which adjoins the centre is formally the largest store in Scotland when it opened in in July 2006.
