Plot
Hank (
Noel Marshall ) and his wife Madeleine (Tippi Hedren ) live contentedly with their wild animals: fourtiger cubs, twoelephants and 110 tigers,lions ,leopards andcheetahs . All is peace and tranquility until one terrible day when two mercenary game hunters are viciously mauled.As the lions and tigers fight for supremacy, Hank and his family, terrified of the danger they now face, seek refuge in their ranch house. Their only means of escape is blocked by the now savage pets they once loved...
Trivia
* During production, director/star Noel Marshall was attacked and severely injured by one of the lions in the film. He was hospitalized and it took him several years to completely recover from his injuries.
* During filming in 1977,Melanie Griffith was mauled by a lion and needed plastic surgery.
*Cinematographer Jan de Bont was also mauled by a lion on the set.
*1978 , a dam break killed many lions in the film, washed away the set and destroyed nearly all of the film. The star lion "Robbie" was killed.Cast
