Popatlal Secondary School is a Secondary School based in Tanga, Tanzania. It offers both Ordinary and Advance Level education. It runs under the auspices of the Tanga Secondary Education Society.

The school was opened in 1968 by Mwalimu Julius K Nyerere, the founding President of Tanzania. It is named after Mr Popatlal Bhanji Laxman, the founder's eldest son, who died in a fatal car accident. The longest serving headmaster was Mr. Kulwant Chaudry.
