Technology
To receive these broadcast ministries requires reception of signals from two medium-powered
Ku-band satellites spaced 4° apart. To meet this requirement SatelliteAV designed a multi-LNBF bracket, a miniature LNBF, and a miniature DiSEqC switch. This configuration allows for reception of the two satellites on one Ku-band dish. The system is similar to the 3.8°Star Choice multi-LNBF bracket but is designed instead for the 4° spacing between the Galaxy 25 and AMC 4 satellites that carry most of the broadcast ministries of interest to GloryStar's customers.Over 150 additional secular channels are also available for free with the Glorystar satellite system if the customer chooses to automatically update their receiver to accept these channels.
