- International Network of Engineers and Scientists for Global Responsibility
The International Network of Engineers and Scientists for global responsibility (INES) is an independent non-profit-organization concerned about the impact of science and technology on society.
INES was founded in 1991. INES' efforts focus on disarmament and international peace, ethics, justice and sustainable development. INES is affiliated with the United Nations and with UNESCO as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO).
In 13 years, INES has become a network of over 90 member organizations and individual members in 40 countries.
