Marsha Blount

Marsha Blount is the co-owner and president of the Jersey Express, a team in the American Basketball Association that was formed in 2005. Jacqueline Halyard (General Manager) is co-owner of the team. The team currently plays in Madison, New Jersey at the gym at Drew University.
