Tsutomu Aragaki

nihongo|Tsutomu Aragaki|新垣勉|"Aragaki Tsutomu" is a Japanese tenorist born in Okinawa Prefecture in 1952. Born blind, his father was Mexican American and his mother was Japanese. Both of them left home when he was a baby, and he was then raised by his grandmother until she died when he was 14. He was then raised in a minister's family. Later he discovered singing in church. The CD "Sugar Cane Field" "「さとうきび畑」" recorded best 3 of the classical CD sales number of sheets of 2002.
