Fox Valley Conference

The Fox Valley Conference is an IHSA recognized high school extracurricular conference including the following schools, generally located in the northern part of the Fox River basin in Illinois.

The conference was split up into two divisions for football starting in the 2006-07 season:

Division 1 - The Valley

*Cary-Grove High School - Trojans
*Crystal Lake South High School - Gators
*Dundee-Crown High School - Chargers
*Harry D. Jacobs High School - Golden Eagles
*McHenry East & West High School- Warriors
*Woodstock High School - Blue Streaks

Division 2 - The Fox

*Crystal Lake Central High School - Tigers
*Grayslake Central High School - Rams
*Grayslake North High School -- Knights
*Huntley High School - Red Raiders
*Johnsburg High School - Skyhawks
*Prairie Ridge High School - Wolves

pecial notes

*Lake Zurich High School left the Fox Valley conference and joined the Lake Division of the North Suburban Conference after the 2004-05 school year
*Johnsburg High School and Grayslake North High School joined the conference in the 2006-07 season
*Woodstock North will be joining the conference for the 2009-2010 season
