Southwestern Mandarin

Southwestern Mandarin (zh-c|c=西南官话), also known as "Huguang" (湖广), is a dialect of Mandarin Chinese widely spoken south of the Yangtze River, and east of the Tibetan Plateau. It covers a large geographical area stretching from Yunnan to Sichuan. It is spoken by both ethnic Han Chinese and Tibetans in southwestern China.
