The Clark Bar is a milk chocolate peanut butter bar that is similar to a Butterfinger. It is manufactured by the New England Confectionery Company (NECCO).

It was named by its creator David L. Clark, founder of the D. L. Clark Company. Today, the Clark Bar is back to its original formula. It comes in milk and dark chocolate varieties. It was acquired by Leaf later on, then became independent again in 1996 when Hershey acquired Leaf's North American operations. NECCO bought it in 1999.
