"Adhemarius dariensis" is a species of moth in the Sphingidae family. It lives in Costa Rica, Mexico, Nicaragua and Panama. Little is known of the host plants for the caterpillar but it is suspected that they eat:
*"Ocotea veraguensis"
*"Ocotea atirrensis"
*"Ocotea dendrodaphne"

all of the "Ocotea" genus.
