Collective Bargaining Convention, 1981 is an International Labour Organization Convention.

It was established in 1981, with the preamble stating:

Having decided upon the adoption of certain proposals with regard to the promotion of collective bargaining,...[1]

Ratifications

As of 2009, the convention is ratified by 40 countries.[2]
