Kangilinnguit, ( _da. Grønnedal, old spelling "Kangilínguit") is a settlement and a naval base in southwest Greenland, founded as 'Green Valley' by the American Navy during the Second World War to protect the highly strategic cryolite quarry at the former town of Ivittuut.

The base is the seat and only town of the Municipality of Ivittuut and has 176 inhabitants (January 2005), most of which are military personnel. Kangilinnguit is located at approximately coord|61|14|N|48|06|W situated at the "Arsuk Fjord".
