Justin Longmuir (born 21 January 1981) is an Australian rules footballer in the Australian Football League. He was a key position forward or ruckman who played for the Fremantle Football Club. Longmuir's nickname, based on his initials, is J-Lo.

Longmuir was recruited as the number 2 draft pick in the 1998 AFL Draft (from West Perth Football Club) and made his debut in round 22 1999 against Geelong at Shell Stadium. He played 121 games, with a career goal tally of 147 (as of the end of the 2005 season). He has worn his guernsey number 20 since his debut.

He played 21 of the 22 games in 2005 and led the club in hard ball gets and finished third in the club for contested marks and overall marks. The most memorable moment in 2005 was his after-the-siren goal to snatch victory over St Kilda in round 21. He took a big pack mark, which prompted Nine commentator Eddie McGuire to shout "Longmuir's taken a screamer!".

Longmuir showed plenty of composure under pressure and is considered dangerous when at his peak.

Longmuir's career has been temporarily put on hold as he battles a degenerative knee injury but at the age of 26 he is hopeful of a return in 2008. However, he announced his retirement from AFL on 31 October 2007 due to the chronic knee injury, which seen him play just 18 games in the past 2 years.

He is the brother of former Carlton and Fremantle player Troy.
