*Melbourne AFL Rising Star nominee 1999.

Troy Longmuir (born 26 May 1979) is an Australian rules footballer formerly in the Australian Football League. He is the older brother of current Fremantle player Justin Longmuir.

He was recruited as the number 22 draft pick in the 1997 AFL Draft from West Perth. He made his AFL debut for the Melbourne Football Club in Round 9, 1998 against Essendon.

Longmuir was traded to Fremantle at the end of the 1999 season. There he made his debut for the club against Geelong in Round 1, 2000. He was a consistently good player during the 2000-2002 seasons, however he dropped out of form and was eventually traded again to Carlton at the end of the 2004 season. He made his debut at Carlton in Round 4, 2005 against Port Adelaide. He struggled to maintain form through the season and played regularly in the Northern Bullants seniors. In 2006, his form with the Bullants improved dramatically, and he finally broke back into the senior team in Round 10 against Port Adelaide; unfortunately, he was injured in the first quarter and did not play again until the VFL finals. He was delisted by Carlton at the end of 2006, and returned to West Perth, his original team in the WAFL, in 2007.
