Karen A. Page is half of the
James Beard Award -winning author team ofAndrew Dornenburg and Karen Page, co-authors of a number of culinary books. She is a graduate ofNorthwestern University (BA in Economics, 1983) and theHarvard Business School (MBA, 1989).Several of her books have been finalists for or winners of book awards.
Becoming a Chef won the 1996 James Beard Book Award for Best Writing on Food.Dining Out won the 1998 Gourmand World Cookbook Award, and was a finalist for the 1999 IACP and 1999 James Beard Book Awards.The New American Chef was a finalist for the 2004 IACP Book Award.What to Drink with What You Eat won the 2006 Georges Duboeuf Wine Book of the Year Award, the 2007 IACP Cookbook of the Year Award, and the Gourmand World Cookbook Award.Bibliography
