The Phil

The Phil is cylindrical character called a pontiki. He is purple with a bright yellow hemispherical nose. He is the supreme emperor of the universe. He lives in the tower of Phil, part of Fort Phil, perched atop MT. Phil, which is located in Philville of the state of Philtopia, in the country of Philtopolis, on the continent of Philesia, on the planet Philton of the Philand system, in the galaxy of Philsia, which is in The Phildom. The Phildom is the empire that includes every galaxy in The Phil's cylinder shaped universe. The exception being the galaxy in which The Phil's enemy resides. That enemy is ROBO Harry Potter. It was originally Dumbledore who was in charge, but The Phil defeated him by pushing him off of Mt. Phil. The side of Mt. Phil that Fort Phil sits on is one giant cliff. It is a kajillion mile drop the ground below. It takes a kajillion years to hit the ground, and it is impossible to die while falling or teleport/apperate to somewhere else. This is a horrible fate. The Phil is the embodiment of god, who is also The Phil. He has Philpower, this is made using raw Philtonium and enables The Phil to do anything. Literally anything. Except defeat ROBO Harry Potter, because he also has a small amount of tainted Philpower. All the other important wizards, like Ron and Hermione and Dumbledore have this power as well.
