January 20 ,1968 ) is a Filipinocomic book artist andwriter from San Pablo City, Laguna.Alanguilan created comics such as as "Wasted", "Johnny Balbona", "Humanis Rex!" and "ELMER". He also contributed to anthologies like "Siglo: Freedom", "Siglo: Passion" and "Filipino Komiks", all published in the
Philippines .In the
