The 2004 Big Ten Conference Men's Basketball Tournament was played between March 11 and March 14, 2004 at the Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. The champion of the tournament was the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which received the Big Ten's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. The Most Outstanding Player was Devin Harris of Wisconsin.
