Wilton Alvaro Guerrero (born October 24, 1974 in the Don Gregorio, Dominican Republic) was a second baseman in Major League Baseball. He played for the Los Angeles Dodgers (mlby|1996-mlby|1998), Montreal Expos (1998-mlby|2000, mlby|2002), Cincinnati Reds (mlby|2001-2002), and Kansas City Royals (mlby|2004).

Guerrero was 21 years old when he made his Major League debut September 3, 1996, with the Los Angeles Dodgers. On June 1, mlby|1997, the Dodgers rookie led off against the Cardinalss in St. Louis by grounding out. His broken bat shattered, and when he scrambled to pick up the pieces instead of running it out, the umpires became suspicious. The bat had been corked. Guerrero was ejected, suspended for eight games, and fined $1,000.

He was a utility player and played strong defense at any position he played. Although he had the ability to hit for average, he had limited power. He was signed by the St. Louis Cardinals to a minor league contract in January by|2005 with an invitation to spring training, but did not play during the 2005 season with St. Louis. He has since been playing in the Dominican Republic.

He is the older brother of Vladimir Guerrero and cousin of Cristian Guerrero.
