Robert Desiderio (born 9 September 1951) is an American actor best known for his television roles.

Desiderio was born in New York City, New York, the son of Mary (née Demattia) and Anthony J. Desiderio. Other TV credits include: "The Princess and the Cabbie", "The A-Team", "Scarecrow and Mrs. King", "Remington Steele", "The Fall Guy", "Family Ties", "Knots Landing", "Cheers", "Murder She Wrote", "Picket Fences", "The Sopranos", and "Ugly Betty".

In 1986, He starred in the ABC Television Series "Heart of the City" which Co-Starred Christina Applegate. He is married to actress Judith Light. (1985-Present)
