Bay Ridge–95th Street (originally 95th Street–Fort Hamilton) is the southern terminal station on the BMT Fourth Avenue Line of the New York City Subway. Despite the name, the station is actually located in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Fort Hamilton, at the intersection of 95th Street and Fourth Avenue.

This was the last subway station built on the Fourth Avenue Line. While it is a BMT station, its oversized dimensions demonstrate a close affinity to the style of subsequent IND stations particularly evidenced by the immense mezzanine, now largely walled off for Transit Authority uses. The station was refurbished in the late 1970s.

The station has one island platform and two tracks; there are exits to 93rd Street at the north end and 95th Street at the south end.
