Daniel Pilon was born in Montreal, Quebec. He is the brother of Donald Pilon. He also has two children with his former wife, Susan Molgora
He made his film debut in Le Viol d'une jeune fille douce, directed by Canadian director Gilles Carle.
After his house was destroy by the 1994 Northridge earthquake on January 1994, he declare his first bankruptcy in April 1994. In the same year, he divorced with his wife.[1]
He was also considered for the role of James Bond twice, in 1968 and in 1984.[2]
