Brett Peake (born 5 July 1983) is an Australian rules footballer. He plays as a midfielder for the Fremantle Football Club and began his football career at East Fremantle Football Club in the West Australian Football League (WAFL).

Fremantle career

Peake was the first player to be drafted by Fremantle under the father-son rule at selection 43 at the 2003 AFL Draft. His father, Brian Peake played over 400 senior games with East Fremantle (304 games), Geelong (66), Perth (10) and Western Australia (22) between in the 1972 and 1990.

He spent the entire 2004 season playing with East Fremantle. Good form in the WAFL and an extensive injury list at Fremantle saw Peake make his debut in round 13, 2005 against the Kangaroos. He ended the season having played nine of the last ten games. In 2006, Peake became a regular with the Dockers' side, playing 20 games finishing the season with 10 Brownlow medal votes. He missed 6 games in early 2007 with a broken collarbone; the team clearly missed his pace and ability to run and carry the ball through the midfield.

Like his father Brian did in most of his 300 games for East Fremantle, Brett Peake wears guernsey number 7 for Fremantle.
