Jonathan Goodwin (born
February 20 1980 ) is a BritishTV escapologist . He first appeared onChannel 4 TV programme "Dirty Tricks " and has subsequently appeared in TV specials "The Seven Stupidest Things to Escape From ", and "Deathwish Live ".His signature is "lo-fi" escapes where he is usually helped by hisfather . These escapes often go wrong, causing pain and embarrassment for Goodwin.Goodwin caused a national outcry when his stunt, "
Cheating the Gallows ", went wrong live on national television and he was hanged. The Convention Crasher .On April 14th 2008, Goodwin made his debut on American Television with his own special "One Way Out", on the Discovery Network. Goodwin attempted an Escape from an office flooded with 22 tonnes of water.
