Sanpei Hayashiya

Sanpei Hayashiya(林家三平) (30 November, 1925, Taitō, Tokyo - 20 September, 1980) was a Japanese Rakugo comedian. His trademark line was "Sō nansu, okusan! (That's the way it is, madam!)" The comedian was the inspiration for the Pokémon character Wobbuffet. Shozo Hayashiya is his son.
