Arnaldo de Oliveira Sales (Chinese: 沙利士) is a businessman of Portuguese-descent actively participating in public service in Hong Kong. He had been appointed as member of Urban Council since 1st April 1957. He has been the Chairman of the council, also the president of numerous sports organisations in Hong Kong, including the President of the Olympic Committee of Hong Kong.
