Invergordon railway station is a railway station serving the town of Invergordon on the Cromarty Firth, in the Highland council area of Scotland. It is located on the Far North Line. The station consists of a two platform arrangement with two tracks forming part of a passing loop on the predominantly single track line from Dingwall to Thurso and Wick. The permanent station buildings are all on the southbound track, the northbound track having a simple shelter. None of the station buildings are in use at this time.
The station does not have any connection between the two platforms. The official route between the northbound and southbound platform is around half a mile long. This leads to many passengers taking short cuts.
