World Islamic Call Society (Abbreviated: W.I.C.S) (Arabic: جمعية الدعوة الإسلامية العالمية) is a
Libya n governmentalmissionary organization founded in1972 . Its primary responsibilities include preparing preachers and missionaries for international preaching ("da 'wa"), with most students coming fromAsia andAfrica . The total number of members is unknown, but the organization consists of an administrative council of at least five members which plans and oversees activities, a general secretary who serves as the official external representative, and the general assembly, which meets annually and evaluates the work of the administrative council.
