In Spring 2004, one student, Carl Kirkwood, managed to generate a great deal of interest in the radio station again. The WBVR club was formed with several members with the intent of reforming the station. The AM Transmitter was repaired, and a significant technology upgrade occurred adding webcasting capabilities. WBVR went online Fall of 2004 broadcasting once again on 630AM and online. By the spring of 2005, student membership had increased to over 30. Fall 2005 began the first full year of the station under full operation with a full staff.Currently, WBVR broadcasts only via webcasting on an MPEG-3 stream. The server information can be seen [http://146.186.56.220:8000 Here] . In the fall of 2007 two students named Clifford Rickabaugh (New Brighton, PA), host of Fright Night with Cliffy Fiend and Steven Nagy (Pennsburg, PA), host of Metal Mania with Stevie Bloodlust, had their two hour shows running back to back on Wednesday nights from 6 until 10. Regular guests on the two shows included Justin Reader and Dan Noulder. Guests on Cliff's show included Skeet from Children of October, and also Rick O from Children of October and The Unspeakable Horrors. These guests would usually stay for Steve's portion of the block. On Metal Mania with Stevie Bloodlust, Vincent Bennett from The Acacia Strain was interviewed and revealed plans for a split with Ion Dissonance sometime in the future. The two hosts were branded Shock Jocks by the station management due to their on air commentary, this was a regular topic which was heavily joked about on both shows. Fright Night with Cliffy Fiend still broadcasts on Wednesday nights from 6-8p.m. Metal Mania with Stevie Bloodlust does not as the host, Steven Nagy has moved on to Penn State Brandywine.
