February 8 ,1949 inNewark, NJ ) is an American former figure skater. He won the gold medal at theU.S. Figure Skating Championships twice and won a bronze medal at the1964 Winter Olympics two days before his 15th birthday, becoming the youngest medalist at the Winter Olympics.
