Richard Brook

Richard Brook

Richard Brook is the Chief Executive of the Public Guardianship Office, part of the Department for Constitutional Affairs. He was previously the Chief Exectutive of Mind, the mental health charity, and has many years experience in the public and not-for-profit sectors.
