Infanta Catherine of Navarre

Infanta Catherine of Navarre

Catherine de Foix (c. 1455 – died before 1494) was a French noblewoman.

She was a daughter of Gaston IV, Count of Foix and Eleanor of Navarre, daughter of John II of Aragón and Blanche I of Navarre.

Catherine married Gaston II de Foix, Count of Candale and Benauges. Their only child was Anne de Foix, who married King Ladislaus II of Bohemia and Hungary.

Her niece, also Catherine, was queen of Navarre 1483-1513.
