Belgravia Vineyard consists of three properties covering 1838 Ha (4,540 acres) in the
Bell River sub catchment area nearOrange, New South Wales ,Australia . It incorporates production of premiumwine grape s, an ultra finemerino wool stud and fat lamb production, EU certified beef breeding,bed and breakfast accommodation and restoration of the endangered ecological community, the grassy white box woodlands.First planted in 1996, the
vineyard comprises 190 hectares with approx. 10 hectares devoted to its own wine label. It islocated in the Central Ranges wine growing region, on a site surrounded by areas of grassy White Box woodlands. Orange is a cool-climate wine grape district, although currently suffering fromdrought , that strives for enhanced fruit characteristics derived from the extended ripening period.Varieties currently planted include Shiraz,
Cabernet Sauvignon ,Merlot ,Chardonnay ,Semillon ,Traminer ,Viognier ,Riesling andRoussanne .External links
