Amr ibn Abd al-Wud (or Amr bin Abdu Wud or ˤAmr ibn ˤAbdī l-Widd al-ˤAmrī) was a champion of Quraish, killed by Ali in the Battle of the Trench [http://www.swordofallah.com/html/bookchapter4page8.htm] .
