Biography

Spirovski showed interest in music from a very young age. He was encouraged to play piano from the age of six by his father, himself a guitarist. His performing debut was in 1996, when he took part in the New Years Concert at the Music School of Bitola in Bitola, aged nine.

In 1998, at the age of ten, he sang in the children's festival Si-Do. His first song was called "Marija" and was arranged by Dragan Karanfilovski-Bojs and Kire Kostov. He appeared on MTV in 1999 with an interview and performance on Pulsi Quiz Show. Spirovski also participated in Tra-la-la music festival in Bitola. Later in 2000 he started to perform more widely in the city of Bitola, where he became popular, and appeared prominently in the local media. He won a youth talent competition in Skopje, shown on 34 TV stations around the Republic of Macedonia. Spirovski studied at the Center for Music Education in Bitola.

In October 2006, he performed a solo piano piece at Williamstown Town Hall with Orchestra Victoria. In 2007, Spirovski announced on his website that he was to begin studying Music at the University of Melbourne.
