The Beazley Medal is an award made by the
Curriculum Council of Western Australia to the year-twelve secondary student with the highest Curriculum Council award score. The award is the highest profile and most prestigious academic award for secondary students inWestern Australia .The award score is based on the average of five
Tertiary Entrance Exam (TEE) scaled marks, calculated to two decimal places, with at least two marks from the humanities/social sciences subjects and two from the mathematics/science subjects.
