FPTV or Festival Portuguese Television is a Canadian category 2 Portuguese language digital cable specialty channel. It is owned by Frank Alvarez, who also owns and operates a multicultural radio station in Toronto, CIRV. FPTV was launched in the fall of 2001 and is available through a selected number of cable companies including Rogers Cable, Cogeco and Vidéotron.

Festival Portuguese Television features a mix of local programming and foreign programming from Portugal. The foreign programming that airs on FPTV comes from SIC Internacional, one of the most popular private networks in Portugal. FPTV airs live soccer each weekend, featuring matches from the Portuguese Superliga.
