Villa Hills Gospel Chapel is a Christian Plymouth Brethren Assembly located in Belleville, Illinois, about 30 minutes from St. Louis, Missouri. This Assembly has a small gathering of believers that hold to the Plymouth Brethren view that no single pastor should lead the church. Different men volunteer each week to lead the Sunday Message.
The worship service is what sets them apart from most other churches. The worship service is not organized ahead of time, rather it is spontaneously contributed to by any man that feels led to share with the congregation. Breaking of Bread is done every Sunday in accordance to traditional Brethren belief.
Villa Hills Gospel Chapel opens its doors to any fellow Christian that wishes to join in fellowship. The current correspondent of the church is John Hammon. He is also one of the elders.
